Refer a friend: how to earn $25 in FUSE

Invite a friend to Solid. When they activate their card and start spending on everyday purchases, you both earn $25 in FUSE.

How it works

Your friend has 30 days from signing up to complete the first three steps, then one more before the reward is paid:

1. Create a Solid account through your referral link and verify their identity
2. Activate their Solid card
3. Spend $150 on everyday purchases at 3 or more different shops, with $10 or more at each, within 30 days
4. Keep using their card: one more eligible purchase of $10 or more before the reward is paid

Once your friend qualifies and keeps using their card, you each receive $25, credited in FUSE to your Solid Savings. The USD amount is converted to FUSE at the time of payout.

FUSE in your Savings earns yield and points, and can be locked toward a Prime or Ultra upgrade, so every referral also brings you closer to the next tier.

How to share your link

Open the Solid app, go to Rewards and tap Invite friends to copy your link. Your friend must sign up using your link for the referral to count. Your friend must be a different person from you and must never have had a Solid account before.

The qualification rules

3 different shops, $10 or more at each. The $150 must be spent at 3 or more different merchants, and a merchant only counts if your friend spent at least $10 there in total. $150 at a single merchant, or split across two, does not qualify. Purchases under $2 do not count at all. Spend is measured in US dollars as charged to the card, after refunds.

Only everyday purchases count. Shopping, groceries, restaurants, transport, online stores, subscriptions and similar real-world spending count toward the $150 and the 3 shops. The following do not count:

• money transfers and payments to people, including PayPal payments to individuals and QR-code payments to people (Alipay, WeChat and similar)
• loading or topping up wallets, cards or accounts, such as Nequi, Tinaba, RecargaPay or Revolut
• gift cards, vouchers, game credit and other digital goods, including OffGamers and Codashop
• cash withdrawals, currency exchange, crypto and money orders
• investments, brokerage, insurance and other financial services
• gambling, lotteries and betting
• taxes, fines, government payments and donations
• purchases that are refunded, reversed, disputed or still pending

30 days. The clock starts the day your friend signs up with your link. If the first three steps are not completed within 30 days, the referral expires and no reward is paid to either of you.

Keep using the card. After qualifying, your friend needs to make at least one more eligible purchase of $10 or more before the payout date. If they stop using the card, the reward is cancelled. The app shows "$25 after one more purchase" until this is done.

Refunds. Refunded or reversed transactions do not count. If a qualifying transaction is refunded during the payout delay, the referral may no longer qualify.

When are rewards paid?

Both rewards are credited automatically in FUSE 30 days after your friend completes the qualifying steps. The delay lets us confirm the qualifying transactions are settled and not refunded, and that your friend has kept using their card.

Reviews. We may review any reward before paying it. A review takes up to 14 days and you do not need to do anything: the app shows "In review" next to the friend during that time. We always review when more than 5 of your friends qualify within 30 days.

Example: your friend signs up on January 1 and completes the card activation and spend on January 20. The referral qualifies on January 20. Your friend makes one more purchase of $10 or more in the following weeks, and you both receive $25 in FUSE around February 19.

Changes effective October 8, 2026

On October 8, 2026 we updated the referral rules to keep rewards fair. From that date, only everyday purchases count, each of the 3 shops needs $10 or more, your friend needs to keep using their card after qualifying, and some rewards are reviewed before payout. These rules apply to every referral reward that had not been paid by October 8, 2026, including friends who had already qualified. Rewards that no longer meet the requirements show as "Not eligible" in the app and are not paid to either of you.

Referrals made before September 8, 2026

On September 8, 2026 the reward increased from $15 in USDC to $25 in FUSE, and the qualifying spend from $75 to $150. Referrals made before that date are paid $15 each in USDC under the previous $75 spend rule, subject to the eligibility rules above. Referrals from September 8, 2026 onward follow this page.

Good to know

• You can earn up to 50 referral rewards in total.
• Not allowed: referring yourself, directly or through another account, device, email address or person; having more than one Solid account; making purchases mainly to meet the requirements, including small or split purchases to reach the 3 shops; sharing your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or through paid ads, bots or automation; giving false identity information.
• If we believe the rules were broken, we may withhold or cancel rewards, take back a reward paid in the last 60 days by deducting it from your future rewards or cashback, and remove you from the program.
• We decide whether a reward qualifies based on our records. If you disagree with a decision, contact support within 30 days.
• The Solid card is available in eligible regions. Your friend needs to be in one to complete the card steps. See our supported countries article.
• FUSE is a digital asset and its value can go up or down after it is credited to your Savings.
• Referral rewards are part of the Solid Rewards program and are subject to the Solid Rewards Terms and Conditions. The program is offered and operated exclusively by Solid and is not sponsored, administered, endorsed, or guaranteed by the Card Issuer.
